The following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department's Media Incidents list regarding Bayport-Blue Point. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions. 

Arrests

• On Jan. 15, Jaclyn Maricondo from Melville was arrested in Bayport on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
• Anthony Charlemagne from Blue Point was arrested in Selden on Jan. 16 on a charge of petit larceny.
• Kathleen Sokol from Bayport was arrested in Blue Point on Jan. 17 on a charge of driving while intoxicated.
• On Jan. 17, Jennifer Devers from Blue Point was arrested in Lake Grove on a charge of petit larceny.
• Bayport resident Robert Harvell was arrested in Sayville on charges of possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance on Jan. 18.
• Shakim Borges from Patchogue was arrested in Bayport on a charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell on Jan. 19.
• On Jan. 21, Frank Connestro from Blue Point was arrested in Oakdale on a charge of driving while intoxicated.

Incidents

• On Jan. 17, an incident of criminal mischief on Eatondale Avenue in Blue Point was reported to police at 6 p.m.
• An incident of harassment on Imperial Way in Bayport was reported to police on Jan. 19 at 2:30 p.m.
• Police were notified of an incident of harassment on Middle Road in Bayport on Jan. 20 at 4:40 p.m.
